Colin Gerstner and Paul Adam both grew up in Billings and now raise their families here. The opportunities they were given in the Magic City played a meaningful role in shaping who they are today. Because of that, giving back to the community isn’t an obligation—it’s personal.

From Teammates to Teammates Again
Long before they became business partners, Colin and Paul were teammates in a much simpler setting—on a local Little League baseball field. Even back then, teamwork and commitment were part of who they were.
Today, that connection continues. Both Colin and Paul remain involved in youth baseball, coaching and volunteering with their sons’ teams and local leagues. It’s one small way they stay connected to the community and support the next generation.
Supporting Local Youth and Schools
In May of 2023, Colin and Paul had the privilege of participating in the groundbreaking ceremony for a new sports field at Elysian School in west Billings. As sponsors of the project, they were proud to support the development of a facility that will serve students and families for years to come.
The new field will provide students with access to high-quality facilities for track and field, football, soccer, and lacrosse—opportunities many students don’t experience until later in life.
